- Users who create an account
- Users who connect third-party integrations

Magpie is a Chrome browser extension that provides unified search functionality across multiple data sources, including Google Drive and other connected services. The Service allows you to:
- Search across connected data sources from a single interface
- Index file metadata for faster search results
- Access files and documents from integrated platforms
- Manage your connected integrations and preferences
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account by authenticating with a supported provider (e.g., Google)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

Account Security

This license terminates when you delete your account or remove an integration.

Google Drive Integration
When you connect Google Drive:
- You authorize us to access your Google Drive data as specified in our Privacy Policy
- You must comply with Google's Terms of Service
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or Magpie settings

- Search results will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGPIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to the Service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magpie and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
11. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account through the extension settings
- Uninstalling the Chrome extension
- Contacting our support team
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
